DRIVER FACING INTOXICATION MANSLAUGHTER CHARGES
The deadly Texas car accident took place at about 4:30 a.m. on Highway 358 West between Agnes Street and West Point Road, as Jimmy Koch was driving west on the highway. According to police, an alleged drunk driver, identified as Julian Padron, was traveling east on the westbound side of the highway when his Toyota Camry slammed into a Ford Fiesta driven by Koch.
