Chris McCann is an attorney in the Firm’s litigation department where he assists clients with wide variety of personal injury and negligence claims. He has extensive experience in both commercial and noncommercial cases, including trucking, commercial vehicle, premises liability, wrongful death, and motor vehicle accidents. Chris approaches every case with a sense of urgency and compassion to fight for his clients and get the best possible outcome every time without compromise.
Prior to joining the Bandas Law Firm, Chris had a career in real estate as a both a licensed sales agent and investment consultant/private asset manager. He decided to leave the real estate in field in 2011, and begin a legal career, when he joined one of the largest personal injury firms nationally. He gained a wealth of knowledge in handling complex litigation and high value injury cases, which he has built upon as member of the Bandas litigation team.
Additionally, Chris served as an Assistant District Attorney for Nueces County as both a Misdemeanor Prosecutor for Nueces County Courts 2 and 3 as well as serving as the Felony Prosecutor for the 319th District Court.
Outside of work, Chris is an avid saltwater fisherman and has enjoyed exploring and fishing the local waters of the Gulf of Mexico both inshore and offshore for the past 30 years. When he’s not on the water, Chris enjoys playing golf, barbecuing, playing guitar and taking his dog Angie out on nature walks.
