Don Loving is an aggressive and hard-nosed personal injury lawyer who has tried more than 50 cases throughout Texas. He began his career in the insurance industry as an underwriter and adjuster, gaining insider knowledge on how insurance companies operate. Don attended the University of Houston Law Center and graduated with a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Business Administration in 1992. He then spent over 30 years representing insurance companies and their insureds, managing major insurance company law offices in San Antonio and Austin. This extensive experience now enables him to effectively fight against insurance companies and maximize compensation for his clients.
Don is also a certified mediator in personal injury and insurance litigation. For over ten years, he taught as an adjunct professor in legal and business courses and served as an instructor in trial schools for lawyers, using his teaching skills to educate juries in court.
Don attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a proud father of a son and son-in-law, both Captains in the United States Army. His daughter is a certified court reporter, and another daughter is a Registered Nurse. Don is also a loving grandfather to three beautiful granddaughters. Outside of his legal practice, Don is an avid hunter and fisherman.
