Nicholas has significant experience representing the seriously injured in Texas. He began his legal career representing severely injured claimants in over 1,500 administrative court hearings, then transitioned to a practice focused on catastrophic personal injury victims and wrongful death. With his judgment and experience, coupled with his drive and determination, Nicholas strategically positions his clients in litigation.
As a former Division 1 collegiate student-athlete, Nicholas earned academic and athletic distinction at the University of Massachusetts–Lowell, playing hockey and graduating with high honors. He fostered his work ethic and honed his talents, giving him the opportunity to play professional hockey before his transition to the law.
Nicholas then attended the University of Houston Law Center, graduating in the top 10% of his class with high honors. Focusing his studies on health law, Nicholas received academic scholarships and awards as he prepared to be an advocate for the injured.
